General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Rugby Cruises on the Garonne River

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTCS”) govern the purchase of tickets for the Rugby Cruises on the Garonne organised by Mêler Nos Passions (the “Seller”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making your purchase. By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these GTC.

Information about the Seller

The Rugby Cruises on the Garonne are organised by Mêler Nos Passions, in collaboration with the Dest-in ticket office via the Marco Polo service. Mêler Nos Passions is part of the Cordier by InVivo group. The Dest-in ticketing service, accessible via the Marco Polo website (https://marcopolo-bordeaux.com/), manages ticket sales for the Rugby Cruises on the Garonne.

Ticket purchases

(a) Tickets for the Rugby Cruises on the Garonne may be purchased online via the Dest-in ticketing service, accessible via the Marco Polo website.

(b) The purchase of tickets is subject to availability. The Seller does not guarantee the availability of tickets at all times.

(c) By purchasing tickets, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are acting with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Prices and Payment

Cancellations and Refunds

Liability

(a) The Vendor accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of tickets after they have been given to the purchaser.

(b) The Seller accepts no liability for any accident, injury or damage suffered by participants on the Rugby Cruises on the Garonne, except in cases of gross negligence or malice on the part of the Seller.

Modification or Cancellation of the Event

(b) In the event of cancellation of the event by the Vendor, the latter undertakes to refund the price of the tickets purchased, less any costs specified at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to Croisières Rugbystiques sur la Garonne, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks and industrial property rights, belong to the Seller or its licensors. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the purchaser of the tickets.

General Terms and Conditions

(a) These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser of the Tickets and the Seller relating to the purchase and use of the Tickets.

(b) If any provision of these GTC is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

(c) These GTC are governed by the laws in force in your country of residence.

(d) In the event of a dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your country of residence.
